DAY 10 OF…YEAH YOU ALREADY KNOW~
Still a little red from the gym but YAY~ more cardio! Ran with an incline today o_____o so it’s a little more challenging than usual. Cooled down with cross body ramp and now off to the showers!
DAY 9 OF LETSGOTOTHEGYMMMMMMM
Today I went spinning. Improved my RPM by a lot (this week my lowest was 70 vs. 58 last week) @_____@;; next time I’ll add on my resistance and challenge myself further.

DAY 5 OF LETSGETFITNATALIE: Finally ate the Veggie Burger at Cucina Zapata’s after jogging for 20 minutes…but then I ate at Mai Lai Wah ;A; ugh so unhealthy but as long as I work it off right?! Didn’t work out as much since my muscles were so sore TT____TT
Day 6 OF YEAH OMG MY ARMS: So for some reason…my right arm is completely sore. I cant’ even make it stretch out straight ;A; asldfkjsdfj I look really pathetic by not being able to do push ups laksdfjsfj Since it hurt so much I decided not to run and just did some dance practice for about an hour for the SISTAR dance contest which was fun!
Hopefully tomorrow I will get back to eating better after grocery shopping! :D

DAY 4 OF LE GYM. Today I didn’t get to work out on cardio. :[ poopsicles. BUT I did get to go to a Bodypump class @___@ my muscles are so sore…
Different workout but overall still good for me! :D
After New Student Orientation I will hit the gym tomorrow~~ MOARRRR CARDIO~
PS did I mention my friends and I are going to enter to SISTAR Facebook Dance Cover Contest? :D YAY!
DAY 3 OF YEAHLETSGETHEALTHYNATALIE WEEK! :D
Ran for 25 minutes (lol…1.5 mile…pretty sad BUT 3 times what I was able to run on Monday AND twice as long as I spent on the treadmill :D)
Elliptical for 35 minutes (YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~)
It totally helps to work out to k-pop lol
Late at night I will think about the past, or things that happened to me and just fall into this deep depression. I become emotional unstable and the slightest memory, idea, or thought could put me over the edge and could put me into tears. My chest starts to hurt, I get that bad sinking feeling and a whole bunch of the emotions you get when you are sad, depressed, and overwhelmed.
